FARFISA COMPACT (RED)

The Farfisa Compact is a combo organ made in Italy from 1964 to 1970 / Red color / Sound: The Compacts filter their sounds in a somewhat different manner from most other Combos, and the Multi-Tone Booster, with its own distinctive sound, is an integral part of what gives the Compacts "that Farfisa sound" / Farfisa organs became popular among rock bands and other combo groups during the 1960s / Perhaps the most famous of all Top 40 hits that featured the Farfisa was "Crocodile Rock" by Elton John / The Farfisa sound is today used to impart a stereotypical 1960s-retro essence to music.
